The tide rises and falls on a secret beach on the island of Maui and with it, notes of sea salt, sea moss, and driftwood evaporate into the air. A touch of zesty bergamot and soft ylang ylang round out aromas of the ocean. 

Made in Brooklyn, New York with 100% soy wax for an eco-friendly clean burn. We use lead-free cotton wicks and premium fragrance oils infused with essential oils. Our candles are vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free, and petroleum-free.

Our Classic Candle takes you to our favorite places in the world, places we’ve traveled to that have a permanent place in our olfactory memories. Please keep in mind that because we use 100% soy wax, our candles are, by design, not as super strong as those made or enhanced with paraffin wax. Our reason for using pure soy wax is because it is a sustainable ingredient unlike petroleum-derived paraffin wax. Unlike paraffin-based candles, our candles are designed to be friendly for fragrance-induced migraine and allergy sufferers and sensitive noses.

RETURN POLICY:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns/ exchanges that are initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery for regular price online purchases.  All sale items are final sale. All beauty and body care products are final sale. All seasonal holiday items are final sale. Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping, we do not credit original or return shipping costs. Purchases made in our retail location are exchange / store credit ONLY and must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, with original tags and in original condition for a refund. Excludes sale items.  

All special order and trunk show items are final sale. Purchases made in our retail stores are for store credit only.

RETURNS:
To make a return please visit our Returns Center at https://palmerandpurchase.loopreturns.com and simply enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the return. For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select your new item for exchange. If you would like to return your online order at any of our store locations, we can accept any orders within our policy and process your refund in store.

FEES:

Exchanges and returns for U.S.-based orders are $8. we will refund your original form of payment less return shipping costs

PACKAGING
If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it’s not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier.

Our returns platform generates a USPS label for you, but if you would prefer to ship back via another carrier, our shipping address is below. If you do choose to ship yourself, please make sure it is within our returns policy.

TO CANCEL AN ORDER
The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at online@palmerandpurchase.com. Please include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however if you request a change and your order has already shipped please refer to our Return Policy Procedures.  

LOST ITEMS

Once your order is handed over to UPS or USPS, it’s in the care of the carrier, and we’re no longer able to control its journey. Because of this, Palmer & Purchase can’t take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen.

We’ll happily help guide you through the carrier’s claims process to try to locate your package or request a refund. 

Additionally, we recommend choosing signature delivery at checkout.

DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE
Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace your item and reship as soon as we have inspected and obtained possession of the original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.
