Palmer & Purchase Rewards is our exclusive loyalty program crafted to bring you more of what you love. Earning points is a breeze—whether you shop in-store or online, submit product reviews, engage with us on social media, and more. As a member, you'll enjoy a host of special perks, including birthday discounts, early access to new drops, and savings on future purchases. Each membership group unlocks unique benefits, and leveling up is simple—just keep earning points!

Existing Customers: Click on the Palmer & Purchase Rewards icon on your screen's bottom right-hand corner and log in to your account.

New Customers: Create a Palmer & Purchase Rewards account to start earning points and redeeming rewards! Ensure that you are subscribed to our newsletter to get the first look at new arrivals and sales.

Click on the Rewards button on the lower-right corner of the screen, then click on Sign In. Click back on the Rewards button to view your account information. Your activity will automatically update!

Customers can only have one Palmer & Purchase account and login. Only one account will be associated with your Rewards points, and you cannot combine email accounts.

Silver members earn 1 point for every dollar spent, while Gold and VIP members enjoy 2 points per dollar. In addition to shopping, you can rack up points by submitting product reviews, engaging with us on social media, and more. Keep an eye out for exclusive Bonus Points days so you can earn even faster!

Once you have earned enough points, there will be a Redeem button for you to select in your account. Use the points slider to select the amount of points you would like to spend, then click Redeem and Apply Code. You will be emailed a discount code and can apply directly at checkout.

Yes! Points can be earned and redeemed at our store locations.

Yes! If you make a POS purchase first, and then sign up online with the same email address and a password, you will be awarded sign up points.

Order points will be visible in your Rewards account after the order is shipped.

Earn a Birthday Reward by entering the date into the Rewards panel more than 30 days before your birthday. For example, if your birthday is June 1, be sure to add it to your account before May 1. Entries provided less than 30 days prior to the date will receive birthday points on your next birthday. Points are not issued immediately when the customer enters their birthday.

Points can only be accumulated for items purchased at Palmer & Purchase.

Once you've graduated to a new status, you've earned that status for the rest of the calendar year and the following calendar year. For example, if you hit the point threshold for VIP on January 1, you retain VIP status until December 31 of the next year. You must qualify to the point threshold for your tier every calendar year to re-qualify it year over year.

No, you can only have one Palmer & Purchase Rewards account and one login. Only one account will be associated with your points, and you cannot combine email accounts.

Past purchases will not count toward your rewards account. Point accumulation began automatically during our program launch on 02/15/2025. All of your activity post that date will be automatically recognized when you sign up for an account.

If your order is returned and refunded, the points associated with that purchase are removed from your account.

To receive points for reviews, the review must be submitted via the link attached to Leave A Review box on your Ways to Earn page. The link will take you to our Google Business, where you can leave a review.

Points will start to expire 6 months from the activity date. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 6 months or more. You can view your points and expiration date in your Rewards account. We will email you a reminder 30 days prior to the expiration date.

Reward points are eligible on merchandise prices only. Taxes, shipping, and purchases made with an E-Gift card or store credit are not eligible to earn rewards.

Share your referral link with friends & family, and they’ll receive a $50 coupon toward their purchase. Once they place an order using your referral link & it has shipped, you will receive your $50 coupon link via email.

Share your URL by copying and pasting it anywhere you’d like. Please refrain from emailing yourself your referral link.

The Referral Program is part of our Rewards Program. Once you sign up for Palmer & purchase Rewards, you will automatically be assigned a unique referral link (URL). Simply sign into your Rewards account and find your link under the Give $50 Get $50 section.
