Ways To Earn Points

Rewards FAQs

Existing Customers: Click on the Palmer & Purchase Rewards icon on your screen's bottom right-hand corner and log in to your account.

New Customers: Create a Palmer & Purchase Rewards account to start earning points and redeeming rewards! Ensure that you are subscribed to our newsletter to get the first look at new arrivals and sales.

Click on the Rewards button on the lower-right corner of the screen, then click on Sign In. Click back on the Rewards button to view your account information. Your activity will automatically update!

Customers can only have one Palmer & Purchase account and login. Only one account will be associated with your Rewards points, and you cannot combine email accounts.

Once you have earned enough points, there will be a Redeem button for you to select in your account. Use the points slider to select the amount of points you would like to spend, then click Redeem and Apply Code. You will be emailed a discount code and can apply directly at checkout.

Once you've graduated to a new status, you've earned that status for the rest of the calendar year and the following calendar year. For example, if you hit the point threshold for VIP on January 1, you retain VIP status until December 31 of the next year. You must qualify to the point threshold for your tier every calendar year to re-qualify it year over year.

Points expire one year after the date they were earned. For example, points earned from a purchase on 8/01/2025 will expire if unused on 8/01/2026.

If your order is returned and refunded, the points associated with that purchase are removed from your account.

Reward points are eligible on merchandise prices only. Taxes and shipping are not eligible to earn rewards.
