The sooner the better! We don't want empty stockings this year ;)

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER TO ENSURE MY CHRISTMAS GIFTS ARRIVE IN TIME?

Local orders placed by 5pm on December 22 will be delivered by December 24th in the following towns:

Rye, Rye Neck, Harrison, Mamaroneck, Larchmont
* We are unable to hand deliver to apartment buildings so please see shipping rates for delivery times


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A HOLIDAY GIFT?

All orders delivered between November 1 - December 25th, 2021 are eligible for a refund or exchange through January 5th, 2022.

Please let us know if you would like a store credit or a refund to the original method of payment.

HOW DO I MAKE SURE EVERYTHING I WANT WRAPPED WILL BE WRAPPED FOR THE CORRECT PERSON?

For each item that you need wrapped, please check the gift wrap box. If you have specific instructions please just write them in that box.  We look at each order individually to make sure its wrapped perfectly for your gift recipient. 

WHAT IS YOUR STORE RETURN POLICY?

 

All holiday gifts must be exchanged by January 5, 2021. Items brought back after that date will reflect the lowest sale price. Seasonal items will not be returnable after that date. All items must be new, unused & with the original receipt & tags for store credit only. All sale, holiday, special order and trunk show items are final sale.
