A slouchy yet refined zip-top hobo bag defined by a soft, circular silhouette that gently molds to the body. Designed to be worn over the shoulder or carried by hand, and fully lined in suede or canvas. Crafted in Italy in a range of materials including butter-soft suede, smooth calf leather, cow-printed pony hair, and natural raffia.

To make a return please visit our Returns Center at https://palmerandpurchase.loopreturns.com and simply enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the return. For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select your new item for exchange. If you would like to return your online order at any of our store locations, we can accept any orders within our policy and process your refund in store.
Exchanges and returns for U.S.-based orders are $8. we will refund your original form of payment less return shipping costs

PACKAGING
If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it’s not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier.
Our returns platform generates a USPS label for you, but if you would prefer to ship back via another carrier, our shipping address is below. If you do choose to ship yourself, please make sure it is within our returns policy.

TO CANCEL AN ORDER
The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at online@palmerandpurchase.com. Please include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however if you request a change and your order has already shipped please refer to our Return Policy Procedures.
Once your order is handed over to UPS or USPS, it’s in the care of the carrier, and we’re no longer able to control its journey. Because of this, Palmer & Purchase can’t take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen.
We’ll happily help guide you through the carrier’s claims process to try to locate your package or request a refund.
Additionally, we recommend choosing signature delivery at checkout.
DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE
Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace your item and reship as soon as we have inspected and obtained possession of the original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.
