Our Santa Croce bag is formed of irregular leather weaving straps that taper towards the brim, creating a practical yet elegant shape that’s perfect for running around the city—taking your outfit from day to night. Remaining true to traditional basket weaving techniques, the Santa Croce comes unlined and has an open top.
An antiqued St. Christopher medal charm, in homage to the patron saint of travellers, is hand-sewn inside each and every Dragon Diffusion bag—our brand’s very own seal of authenticity.
About This Product
We are a group of Artisan Leather weavers. Each bag is entirely crafted by hand.
This product has been handcrafted, so no two pieces are alike. If you find any curve in the weaving or 2 tone shade in color, these are due to our unique process and not a manufacturing flaw.
When this leather becomes wet, there may be slight decoloration or transfer when rubbed. We use natural dyes in coloring of our straps and the irregular tones is part of the charm of this product. Over time this bag will age and develop a natural patina that only traditional made leather will give.
St. Christopher is the patron saint for travelers. This medal is a symbol of our faith and goodwill, that way protect you and the bag for years to come.

RETURN POLICY:
All holiday gifts must be exchanged for store credit by January 5, 2024. Items brought back after that date will reflect the lowest sale price. Seasonal items will not be returnable after that date. All holiday items are final sale.
All monogram, special order, and trunk show items are final sale. Purchases made in our retail stores are for store credit only.
RETURNS:
To make a return please visit our Returns Center at https://palmerandpurchase.loopreturns.com and simply enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the return. For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select your new item for exchange. If you would like to return your online order at any of our store locations, we can accept any orders within our policy and process your refund in store.Exchanges and returns for U.S.-based orders are $10. we will refund your original form of payment less return shipping costs

PACKAGING
If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it’s not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier.
Our returns platform generates a USPS label for you, but if you would prefer to ship back via another carrier, our shipping address is below. If you do choose to ship yourself, please make sure it is within our returns policy.

The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at online@palmerandpurchase.com. Please include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however if you request a change and your order has already shipped please refer to our Return Policy Procedures.
DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE
Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace your item and reship as soon as we have inspected and obtained possession of the original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.
