UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS
Each Dragon Diffusion bag is handwoven, resulting in unique variations in color and texture. These characteristics are not flaws but a testament to the handmade quality and natural materials used.
AVOID HEAVY LOADS
Refrain from carrying excessively heavy items to prevent deforming the bag’s shape. For example, if you use your bag to transform a computer, tablet and book, the bag is likely to be damaged more quickly and leather strips may come off.
DEALING WITH MOISTURE
If your bag gets wet, blot the water away immediately with a soft, dry cloth. Never immerse the leather in water or use artificial heat sources like radiators or hairdryers to dry it. Allow the bag to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.
NATURAL DYE BLEEDING
Natural dyes used in our bags may bleed initially, especially with dark colors or in high humidity. To help set the dye, leave your bag in sunlight for several hours. As the dyes are natural, it may take some time for them to stop bleeding. Over time and some use, the bags will develop a special used patina that in fact enhances the feel and look of your Dragon Bag.
PROTECTIVE STORAGE
Always store your bag in a dust bag when not in use. This allows air circulation and prevents mildew. Ensure the dust bag is soft and does not scratch the leather.

All holiday gifts must be exchanged for store credit by January 5, 2024. Items brought back after that date will reflect the lowest sale price. Seasonal items will not be returnable after that date. All holiday items are final sale.
All monogram, special order, and trunk show items are final sale. Purchases made in our retail stores are for store credit only.

For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select your new item for exchange. If you would like to return your online order at any of our store locations, we can accept any orders within our policy and process your refund in store.Exchanges and returns for U.S.-based orders are $10. we will refund your original form of payment less return shipping costs

If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it’s not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier.
Our returns platform generates a USPS label for you, but if you would prefer to ship back via another carrier, our shipping address is below. If you do choose to ship yourself, please make sure it is within our returns policy.

The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at online@palmerandpurchase.com. Please include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however if you request a change and your order has already shipped please refer to our Return Policy Procedures.
DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE
Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace your item and reship as soon as we have inspected and obtained possession of the original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.
