          If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns/ exchanges that are initiated within 14 days for regular price online purchases.  All sale items are final sale. All seasonal holiday items are final sale. Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping, we do not credit original or return shipping costs. Purchases made in our retail location are exchange / store credit ONLY and must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition for a refund. Excludes sale items.  

           

          RETURNS:

          To make a return please visit our Returns Center at returns.palmerandpurchase.com and simply enter the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the return.For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select your new item for exchange. If you would like to return your online order at any of our store locations, we can accept any orders within our policy and process your refund in store.

          Exchanges and returns for U.S.-based orders are $8. we will refund your original form of payment less return shipping costs

          PACKAGING

          If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it’s not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier.

          TO CANCEL AN ORDER
          The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at online@palmerandpurchase.com. Please include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however if you request a change and your order has already shipped please refer to our Return Policy Procedures.  

          DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE

          Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace your item and reship as soon as we have inspected and obtained possession of the original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.
