If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns/ exchanges that are initiated within 14 days for regular price online purchases. All sale items are final sale. All seasonal holiday items are final sale. Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping, we do not credit original or return shipping costs. Purchases made in our retail location are exchange / store credit ONLY and must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, with original tags and in original condition for a refund. Excludes sale items.
All holiday gifts must be exchanged by January 6, 2023. Items brought back after that date will reflect the lowest sale price. Seasonal items will not be returnable after that date. All holiday, special order and trunk show items are final sale. All items must be new, unused & with the original receipt & tags for store credit only.
To make a return please visit our Returns Center at returns.palmerandpurchase.com and simply enter the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the return. For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select your new item for exchange. If you would like to return your online order at any of our store locations, we can accept any orders within our policy and process your refund in store.
Exchanges and returns for U.S.-based orders are $8. we will refund your original form of payment less return shipping costs
We are happy to report that we can now process your exchanges and gift returns online. For exchanges, visit returns.palmerandpurchase.com and follow the directions to return your item and select another item from our site. For gift returns, visit returns.palmerandpurchase.com/gifts and proceed with gift card return or exchange method of your choice.
If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it’s not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier.
Our returns platform generates a USPS label for you, but if you would prefer to ship back via another carrier, our shipping address is below. If you do choose to ship yourself, please make sure it is within our returns policy.

The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however if you request a change and your order has already shipped please refer to our Return Policy Procedures.
DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE
Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace your item and reship as soon as we have inspected and obtained possession of the original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.
